The Antler Canyon Outfitters Let’s Go Hunting Sweepstakes provides one free entry in partnership with the Mountain Archery Festival.
To be eligible entrants must be a legal citizen or permanent legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada, must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid Social Security number and/or valid Drivers license at the time of entry. Employees of Antler Canyon Outfitters, their advertising and marketing agencies are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void in all areas where restricted or prohibited by law.
To enter, visit www.antlercanyonoutfitters.com and complete the official online entry form in its entirety. To be valid, an entrant must have a valid email address and must check the box stating that they have read and agree to the official rules. Neither Antler Canyon Outfitters or any sweepstakes entity is responsible for online entry’s that are lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable. If a dispute regarding the identity of the winning entry it will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per email address during the promotion period. Entry information must be keystroked manually and Antler Canyon Outfitters or its agencies will not verify receipt of entries.
The drawing will be conducted by Mountain Archery Festival and one winner will be selected. The drawing and interpretation of the official rules are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received.
Winning entrant will receive a fully outfitted, six-day archery deer hunt with Antler Canyon Outfitters, valid during January, 2021. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations registrations and taxes.
The winner will be contacted and must sign and return within five days of receipt a signed affidavit of eligibility and publicity release. If the winning entrant fails to sign and return the affidavit within the five-day period he/she forfeits any claim to the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. An IRS 1099 form will be issued to the winner for the actual value of the prize awarded.
By participating in this sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects. By participating in the sweepstakes entrants release Antler Canyon Outfitters and its agencies from any and all liability and damages that may result out of participation in the sweepstakes.
Personal information provided by entrants will be used by Antler Canyon Outfitters and its agencies for the purpose of selecting the prize winner and in house marketing. No information will be sold and no information will be provided to non-hunting industry related companies.
